Blue Rose

Impossible it seems!
Blue petals outside the fence
Rare among those roses inside the garden
For its lovely beauty is covered and hidden.

Keen eyes with an ordinary heart
Discover the different beauty in his sight.
As his heart beats,
He longs to have it.

 True emotion is restless
Thinking it is different among the rest
Yet, it’s just the same.
It is just a feeling that never came.

Love may be blind
For it is hard for him to find
The blue rose in his life
That’s why when he gave it to me,
I just smiled and told myself:
I’m just one among those lucky blue roses
For in every man that has his own beloved,
There in his heart, a blue rose, he does have.
